No Returns Policy

 

At artistwade-global.com, we strive to ensure that you are delighted with every piece of art you purchase. However, due to the unique nature of our products, we have established the following no-returns policy:

 

  1. Final Sale: All sales are considered final. Once an artwork has been purchased, it cannot be returned or exchanged. 

  2. Inspection: We recommend that customers thoroughly review the artwork's details, including size, medium, and any available images or descriptions, before making a purchase. 

  3. Damage or Defect: In the rare event that your artwork arrives damaged or defective:

    • Notification: You must notify us within 3 days of receipt via email at admin@artistwade-global.com. Include photos of the damage or defect for assessment.

    • Resolution: If verified, we will offer:

      • A replacement of the artwork, subject to availability, or 

      • A store credit for the full amount of the purchase, which can be used for future purchases.

  4. Custom Orders: Artworks made to order or personalized in any way are non-returnable and non-refundable as they are created specifically for you.

  5. Change of Mind: Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for a change of mind, incorrect choice of item, or if the artwork does not meet your expectations regarding style, color, or preference after receipt.

  6. Exchanges: Exchanges are not permitted under this policy unless the artwork is damaged or defective as outlined above.

  7. Shipping Costs: If a replacement or store credit is issued due to damage or defect, artistwade-global.com will cover the cost of return shipping for the damaged item and the shipping for the replacement. For all other cases, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  8. Legal Rights: Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy. If you believe you have a legal right to return an item, please contact us to discuss your situation.
